Day 41 - 8/25
Blake has been spoiled by her Nanny these last couple of days. If she could talk she would say, "Thank you Nanny for holding me, talking to me, and making me smile."
Day 39 - 8/23
Even though, Blake's sister is running a super high fever, Blake has managed to stay fever-free. I'm hoping it last.
Day 37 - 8/21
To help celebrate Daddy's 40th birthday, Blake slept all night, from 9:30pm to 5:00am!
Day 36 - 8/20

Day 32 - 8/16
I can't believe how fast time is flying by. Blake is one month old today. Here are 10 random facts about Miss Blake....
1. Eats 5 ounces every 4 hours.
2. Loves her paci.
3. Likes to be swaddled at night, but prefers to keep her arms out!
4. In size 1 diapers.
5. Enjoys the swing, but likes the bouncer better.
6. Naps and sleeps in her crib.
7. Doesn't like to get her diaper changed.
8. Gets a bath every other day, and actually enjoys it.
9. Has enough hair to keep a bow in.
10. Favorite game when awake - karate chopping!
Day 31 - 8/15
Pappy got to spend time with Blake this weekend. I believe she enjoyed it as much as he did.
Blake got some goodbye kisses from Uncle Ben.
Day 30 - 8/14
Blake helped Mommy throw a surprise 40th birthday party for Daddy tonight! She was held by lots of people who love her while her Daddy visited with all of his friends.
Day 19 - 8/3
Blake is starting to stay awake more and more each day. She enjoys sitting in her bouncer, swinging in her swing, hanging out on the couch, and getting tummy time on her play yard. She got a little confused last night when Daddy got up with her at midnight. After eating, she was a little wired and stayed awake until 2am.
Day 18 - 8/2
Blake had her 2 week check up today, and everything went great. She weighed 8 lbs and measured 20 inches long. She was in the 50th percentile for both.
Day 17 - 8/1
Blake's cord fell off yesterday, so she finally got to take a real bath. She wasn't very happy getting wet, but I know she felt good afterwards.
Day 16 - 7/31
Blake had a big day today. She went to her first birthday party this afternoon and then ended her day at a pizza place in Decatur. She slept through most of the party and dinner.
