I have been so blessed to have such an amazing little girl, my Baby Blake. I think I will always refer to her as my Baby, and I know eventually she will tell me that she's not a baby anymore, which will probably crush my heart. Having a second child has been the best decision Ray and I have ever made. I joke around that I did it for KK, so she would have someone to play with, BUT in fact I did it for me. I loved seeing her develop into this unbelievable little girl. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of all of her firsts - first time I saw her, the first time she held my finger, first cry, first smile, first laugh, first bath, first word (Mama), first rollover, first crawl, and many more. She will have so so many more "firsts" and I can't wait to see everyone of them.

Day 365 - 7/16
Blake's BIG DAY!! Happy 1st Birthday, BLAKE!!
She is now the proud owner of her very own CHAIR, and I think she likes it!!

Her SMASH Cake!
Wow, Blake is the BIG ONE!!! Lots of friends helped Blake celebrate at her birthday party today. We thought she was going to dive into her smash cake, but Blake had other plans. I think she was a little embarrassed with all the eyes on her that she started to cry. She calmed down a bit and finally tried her cake, but she was still was not that into it.Day 364 - 7/15
Blake was excited to see Nanny this afternoon. She came down to help me get ready for Blake's big birthday party tomorrow.
Day 363 - 7/11
We had a busy, but fun day today. This morning we went to a friend's house for a playdate, came home for 30 minutes, and then left for KK's swim lessons. We got back home around 3:30, Blake had a little cat nap, and then I woke her up so we could drop KK off at VBS.
Day 362 - 7/10
Blake spent the entire day with Daddy. She even got to ride in Big Red for the first time.
Day 361 - 7/9
Kendall's best friend, Ella Kate, had her 3rd Birthday party today. There were lots of little princesses running around. KK dressed up as Mulan and Blake was....well....just....Princess Blake.
Day 359 - 7/7
And we have ourselves a big girl..................Blake is off formula and is now drinking MILK!!
Day 358 - 7/6
Blake has a new favorite game. She crawls into her sister's room and gets on her chair (pictured above). While she is getting in the chair, KK hides behind the chair and then the game begins. Blake stands up, turns around, and looks for her sister. Once she sees her, she cracks up laughing, and lunges off the chair. Usually ending in a face plant on the floor. And then she does it again.
Day 357 - 7/5
Blake has been rocking the sleeping thing. She is usually down for the night around 8pm and sleeps until 8am. She is also taking one (2-3) hour nap a day.
Day 356 - 7/4
Blake got to spend her first 4th of July with some friends and some very loud fireworks! After watching the fireworks for about an hour, she was pooped.
Day 353 - 7/1
Wow, what a day! We left Daytona at 10pm and got home early the next morning. Both girls were passed out before we even got on the interstate. They both woke up in Birmingham and watched a movie the rest of the ride home. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect ride there and back, the girls ROCKED! Even though we were worn out, we went to the Hudson's Canadian Day Party. Kendall had loads of fun, but her sister was so tired. We stayed for a couple of hours and then went home to crash.
Day 350 - 6/28
We are having a fabulous time in Daytona! Today, Aaron's cousins and their 2 kids came up for the day. They all were together from 10am until bedtime.
Day 348 - 6/26
Since Ray and I took KK to Disney World today, Blake got to spend the entire day with Nanny and Pappy. I believe they had a relaxing day at the condo and pool. That evening they went out to dinner with Mimi, PopPop, and Harper.
Day 347 - 6/25
Blake was ready for a full day at the beach and pool today. She spent the morning at the beach watching everyone play and then Daddy took her to the pool for a couple of hours. She ate lunch and then took a long nap. We went out to dinner with the Brown Family and then crashed!
